At Lavender Froggies Arts, every order is carefully prepared and packaged in our little corner of Scotland. We take care to ensure that your cards arrive safely and in beautiful condition.

Order processing and dispatch

We aim to prepare orders on the same working day they are received, wherever possible.

Most orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders received after 4pm, during weekends or on public holidays will normally be prepared on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, or where an order requires additional preparation, dispatch may take slightly longer. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will endeavour to inform you.

We arrange collection of our outgoing orders through Royal Mail. Please be aware that preparing an order or printing its postage label does not necessarily mean it has been collected or dispatched.

If your order is particularly urgent, please contact us before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

UK delivery

We currently offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

The following delivery options are available at checkout:

• Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 2nd Class: Royal Mail aims to deliver within three weekdays.

• Faster Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class: Royal Mail aims to deliver on the next working day, including Saturdays.

These are Royal Mail's delivery aims, rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to your order's weight and the available delivery service.

Please remember that order preparation time is additional to Royal Mail's delivery time. Delivery estimates begin once Royal Mail has accepted your shipment.

Packaging

We take care to protect our products during transit, using appropriately sized, protective envelopes or cardboard packaging.

Where practical, we favour recyclable and compostable packaging materials and aim to minimise unnecessary waste.

We encourage customers to reuse or recycle packaging wherever suitable and in accordance with local recycling guidance.

Delivery delays, loss or damage

Although we aim to dispatch orders promptly, occasional postal delays may occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@lavenderfroggies.art so that we can investigate and help resolve the matter.

If an order is lost or arrives damaged, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Your statutory rights relating to delayed, damaged or undelivered goods remain unaffected.

International delivery

We are currently focusing on UK orders and do not routinely offer international delivery through our online checkout.

If you are interested in placing an international order, please contact us to discuss whether suitable shipping arrangements can be made.

Where applicable, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country. Any available shipping arrangements and charges will be explained before an order is agreed.
